Our Story
Our family's connection to caviar spans generations. It began in 1872, when our ancestors immersed themselves in the thriving trade along the Caspian Sea – home to the world’s finest wild sturgeon. The mighty rivers feeding the Caspian Sea produced the legendary Beluga and our family quickly earned a reputation for sourcing and preparing these delicacies with exceptional care.

Operating from Tabriz, one of the region’s most important commercial centers, our ancestors built a name synonymous with reliability, precision, and uncompromising quality. They partnered directly with fishermen along the southern Caspian coast, selecting only the purest roe, and mastering the traditional Persian salting techniques that preserved freshness across vast trade routes. Their expertise allowed them to supply merchants traveling between Persia, the Caucasus, Russia, and Europe – making their caviar widely recognized for its purity and refinement.

As the region underwent changes, our family eventually had to leave Tabriz and resettle in Göyçay, Azerbaijan. There, continuing the caviar trade as they knew it was no longer possible. The business was set aside, but the deep knowledge, time-honored tradition, and unwavering passion for authentic Caspian caviar remained an irreplaceable part of our heritage. Today, we proudly continue this legacy, bringing the timeless elegance of the Caspian Sea to every tin.

Caspian caviar has always been exceptional because the sturgeon thrived in the mineral-rich waters fed by the Volga, Kura and Ural rivers. These river systems carried nutrients from vast mountain and steppe regions into the Caspian Sea, creating a uniquely balanced ecosystem that produced the world’s finest and most naturally flavorful roe.

Honoring the principles our ancestors passed on to us, we collaborate with reputable aquaculture farms in the Caspian region to restore the authentic flavour of the “Caspian Pearl”, reintroducing this timeless caviar tradition to discerning customers across Europe - while supporting sustainable farming aligned with Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), protecting endangered wild sturgeon and upholding internationally recognized environmental standards.
